ISIGNY CARAMEL
Who has never eaten an Isigny caramel? The town of Isigny-sur-Mer has specialized since 1930 in the production of confectionery made from local milk. Caramel candies, on the other hand, were born in 1932. Its recipe has remained unchanged and it is very popular when paired with apple.
MILK JAM
According to legend, the recipe was discovered by the error of a Napoleonic cook who overheated the rations of sweet milk given to the soldiers. Since then, it has become a Norman specialty that young and old still enjoy!
